Playroom Rules, Privacy Policy and Cookies

Rules of the “Małe Miasto Wielka Wyobraźnia” Playroom

Before entering, please read the rules applicable in the “Małe Miasto Wielka Wyobraźnia” Playroom. Entering the Playroom means that you agree to follow these rules.

  1. The “Małe Miasto Wielka Wyobraźnia” Playroom, hereinafter also referred to as “MMWW”, is intended for children aged 1 to 8 years.
  2. Admission to the Playroom is paid. The price and playtime are specified in the current price list available at the premises or on the website.
  3. Children may use the Playroom only under the constant care and supervision of an adult.
  4. Only an adult may act as a child’s guardian within the Playroom.
  5. Parents and guardians are responsible for the safety of children staying in the Playroom. Parents and guardians are obliged to supervise children at all times and to make sure that children use the attractions in a manner appropriate to their age, height, abilities and health condition.
  6. The Playroom is liable in accordance with generally applicable laws. The premises are not responsible for damage or injuries resulting from using the equipment contrary to its intended purpose, failure to follow these rules, failure to follow staff instructions, or lack of proper supervision by the guardian.
  7. Before starting to play, parents, guardians and children are required to leave their shoes and outerwear in the cloakroom.
  8. Children may use the Playroom only while wearing socks. For hygiene reasons, children should not enter the play area barefoot or wearing shoes or slippers.
  9. After playtime, please tidy up the play area and put toys back in their proper place. Please do not move toys between houses or play zones if this makes it difficult for other children to use the attractions.
  10. A maximum of 20 children may stay in the Playroom at one time. The number of guardians may be limited for safety reasons, comfort of play or available space.
  11. In particular, the following are prohibited within the Playroom:
    • using devices, toys and equipment contrary to their intended purpose,
    • climbing on the facades of the houses or other elements not intended for climbing,
    • pushing other children, throwing objects, dangerous play, intimidation, using offensive language or aggressive behaviour,
    • damaging toys, equipment or elements of the Playroom,
    • staying on the premises by children or adults showing symptoms of infectious diseases, viral infections or bacterial infections,
    • creating a threat to oneself, other children, guardians or staff.
  12. Children who do not respect others, damage equipment or toys, or fail to follow safety rules may be asked to leave the Playroom together with their guardian.
  13. Smoking, using e-cigarettes, consuming alcohol, using intoxicating substances and bringing animals into the Playroom are strictly prohibited, except for assistance dogs.
  14. Persons who are intoxicated, aggressive, under the influence of intoxicating substances or disturb the peace of children and other guests will not be admitted to the Playroom or will be asked to leave.
  15. Food and drinks purchased on the premises may be consumed only in the designated area.
  16. Bringing your own food and drinks onto the premises is allowed only after prior agreement with the staff. For safety and hygiene reasons, glass containers, chewing gum and food are not allowed in the play area itself.
  17. Parents and guardians are obliged to inform the staff about any special needs of the child, including allergies, if they may be relevant during the stay at the premises or during an organised event.
  18. “Małe Miasto Wielka Wyobraźnia” is not responsible for items left unattended, lost property or damaged personal belongings of guests.
  19. Parents or guardians are responsible for any damage caused by the child in accordance with applicable laws.
  20. All injuries, accidents, damage, equipment defects or dangerous situations must be reported to the Playroom staff immediately.
  21. In the event of a threat to the health or life of a child or adult, the staff have the right to call emergency medical services or other appropriate services.
  22. Any complaints or concerns regarding the stay in the Playroom should be reported to the staff immediately, preferably before leaving the premises, in order to make it easier to clarify the situation.
  23. Comments and complaints may be submitted to the staff, by phone at +48 600 562 402 or by e-mail at: malemiastoww@gmail.com. Complaints are reviewed within 14 days of receipt.
  24. Taking photos and videos is allowed only for private use, with respect for the privacy of other children and guardians. Publishing photos or videos showing other people requires the consent of those persons or their parents or legal guardians.
  25. Any adult who is not connected with a child staying in the playroom will not be admitted to the Playroom. If you would like to visit the premises to learn more about our offer, plan a future visit or organise an event, please contact us in advance by phone or e-mail.
  26. Parents and guardians are asked to exercise particular caution at the entrances to the houses and while children are using the Playroom equipment.
  27. Warning for parents and guardians of children under 3 years of age: the Playroom contains toys that may include small parts, which may pose a choking hazard. Children under 3 years of age should use the Playroom only under particularly careful supervision of a guardian.
  28. The “Małe Miasto Wielka Wyobraźnia” Playroom reserves the right to refuse admission or ask persons to leave if they fail to follow these rules, create a threat or disturb the comfort and safety of other guests.
  29. Matters not covered by these rules should be consulted with the “MMWW” staff.

Please report all damage, injuries and dangerous situations to a staff member or the owner of “Małe Miasto Wielka Wyobraźnia”.

  1. Personal data may be processed for the following purposes:
    • handling enquiries submitted by phone, e-mail or through a contact form,
    • accepting and managing bookings and organising events, including birthday parties,
    • providing services offered by the Playroom,
    • issuing invoices and keeping accounting records,
    • handling complaints, pursuing claims or defending against claims,
    • ensuring the safety of persons and property,
    • carrying out promotional or marketing activities — only if appropriate consent has been given or another legal basis applies.
  2. The legal basis for processing personal data may be:
    • the performance of a contract or taking steps before entering into a contract,
    • compliance with legal obligations imposed on the controller, in particular tax and accounting obligations,
    • the legitimate interest of the controller, such as contact with customers, complaint handling, pursuing claims, defending against claims and ensuring safety,
    • the consent of the data subject — in cases where consent is required, for example for voluntary marketing activities or publication of an image.
  3. Providing personal data is voluntary, but it may be necessary in order to answer an enquiry, accept a booking, organise an event, issue an invoice or provide a service.
  4. Personal data may include in particular: name and surname, phone number, e-mail address, invoice details, booking or event information, and, in the case of organised events, also the child’s name, age and information voluntarily provided by the parent or guardian.
  5. Personal data may be transferred to entities supporting the controller in running the business, in particular providers of IT services, hosting, e-mail services, website maintenance, accounting, payment services, as well as to authorised public authorities if required by law.
  6. Personal data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected, and then for the period required by law or necessary to pursue claims or defend against claims. Data processed on the basis of consent will be stored until the consent is withdrawn, unless there is another legal basis for further processing.
  7. The data subject has the right to access their data, rectify their data, delete their data, restrict processing, transfer data, object to processing and withdraw consent at any time if processing is based on consent.
  8. The data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
  9. Personal data will not be used for automated decision-making, including profiling.
  10. Personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area unless it is necessary in connection with the use of tools provided by external providers, such as Google, Meta or other online tools. In such a case, data transfer is carried out in accordance with the requirements of personal data protection laws.
